This return policy has been prepared by Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company, acting as a seller, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.www.drbal.com and all affiliated interactive applications and/or other online sales platforms It has been prepared for the purpose of clarifying the return conditions. Items purchased in store are not covered by this return policy.
I- PRODUCT DELIVERY
The ordered product(s) will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information form and order screen, provided that it does not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase. The product(s) subject to the contract cannot be delivered within 30 (thirty) days due to force majeure (war, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), reasons arising from the transportation/cargo company or third parties and institutions that Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company cannot intervene in. In case of failure, Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company cannot be held responsible. However, in this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order free of charge or request the delivery of the product after the impossibility is eliminated. If the BUYER exercises his right of cancellation, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days from the date of written cancellation notification.
Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company is obliged to deliver the product(s) subject to the contract intact, complete, with the same qualifications as the order placed, together with the warranty certificate and user manual. The BUYER has the obligation to check whether the product/products purchased under this contract are the same as the product ordered and/or damaged during delivery to him/her, before assembly and installation. If it is determined by the BUYER that the product delivered to him/her is incorrect or damaged, written information must be given immediately to Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company and the product in question must be delivered, unopened, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date at the latest. It must be returned within . Otherwise, it is assumed that the product subject to the contract has been received undamaged and complete by the BUYER and/or the person receiving the product.
II- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN PROCESS
BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product(s) subject to the contract. BUYER can create a notification stating that he/she wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal by calling 0 (212) 210 46 47 and creating a record. The product(s) for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised are returned to the BUYER's delivery address by Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company. Products whose packaging/packaging has been opened, used and/or damaged, even if the packaging is unopened, cannot be returned under any circumstances, and in this case, the BUYER's withdrawal request will be rejected.
Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company is obliged to refund the price of the returned product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal made by the BUYER and the acceptance of the notice of withdrawal. Refunds to be made by Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company will be made in accordance with the payment instrument made by the BUYER. Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company, during the delivery of the refund to the BUYER, the payment instrument used by the BUYER, the practices regarding additional fees, deductions, installments and maturities applied by payment institutions and/or banks, and the transactions in question with the BUYER. Under no circumstances does it accept responsibility for any disputes that may arise between payment institutions. The time period for the product prices refunded by Zirve Arı Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company to be reflected on the BUYER's debit card/credit card may vary depending on the bank's processes and practices.
